About me and my practice
I believe that everyone has the answers in themselves.
Therapy offers the opportunity to peel away the loud and intrusive voices and to give you the time and space to speak and truly feel heard so that you can begin to explore your feelings, thoughts and beliefs without being interrupted, advised, judged or scaring your listener.
My role is to accompany you in your journey towards a greater understanding of yourself and your life's story, what happened in your history to bring you to the place where you are today. Gaining this compassionate self-understanding and self-awareness can give you the ability to perhaps choose how you act and react today and in the future.
